Thank you for taking the time to visit and contribute to our virtual consultation about the updated proposals for the redevelopment of land at 98 Wilmslow Road, Rusholme.

Regrettably, due to the circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 global pandemic, a face-to-face public consultation event cannot go ahead. However, your views are still very important to us. Therefore, this website has been set up to provide members of the public with information about the scheme proposals.

The proposed residential led development seeks to provide 47 apartments within a part 4, part 5 storey building with communal amenity space and 6 commercial units on the ground floor. We have uploaded the consultation boards (which can be viewed by clicking on the ‘Presentation’ button to the right of this page) which set out the design principles, concepts and strategy behind the proposals.

Your views are important to help us develop our final detailed scheme and are very much appreciated. Please note when reviewing the proposals they represent a composite solution for the regeneration of the site and all component parts are mutually dependent. Therefore any modifications to one part may unfortunately impact upon others.
